Please check your entry for any mistakes I may have made and fill in any
missing blanks wherever possible. I will make any corrections you send
me.

You will note that the total for the proposed programs approaches $3
million, most of the $4 million in the whole rfp. Three proposals
requested 400k or more, close to the $500k limit for a proposal. The
reality is that we are unlikely to get much more than $500k in the
network, although asking for somewhat more is reasonable. $3 million is
not reasonable.

Please examine your proposed budget to see what you can do to cut it back
- number of participants, events, years, managers, whatever. Note that some
people did not include evaluation or overhead, and I made a rough guess of
those numbers for the summary.
