Housing Information

Housing will be located in the North Residential Area, Building C,  which is convenient to Hasbrouck and Morrill Labs where the Institute will be held. This dorm is suite style with 4 bedrooms off of a living and kitchen area. The bedrom room is arranged to provide each occupant with a dresser,desk, chair, unmade single bed, pillow and blanket.  A linen packet  containing two sheets, a pillowcase, soap, and a cup will be provided  at the on the bed.  Towels may be exchanged daily and the balance of the linen packet may be exchanged weekly.  The Residence hall is air-conditioned. Each suite has two bathrooms. Suites will be organized for single gender occupancy. Coin operated laundry facilities are available. Twenty-four hour desk  coverage is provided. Pets are not allowed.

A $10.00 cash deposit is required upon arrival for each key issued and is refunded upon return of your key at check-out.  Check-in time is  after 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.  Your reservation will  be held until 6:00 pm on the date of your arrival. This means that if  you arrive on Monday morning, you will not check in until later in the  day.

Parking
If you are staying in the dorms, you will be given a parking permit  for lot 44, which is adjacent to Building C. Commuters will receive a  permit for lot 63. Parking rules are rigorously enforced; they tow!  After five, however, and on weekends, you may park in any lot.
